How to Use
For White & Bukhari Rice: Add a spoonful of the seasoning to the boiling water or while sautéing onions and oil to release the aromatic flavors.
For Kabsa & Mandi: Mix the spices with the broth before adding the rice to ensure the flavor infuses every grain.
For Seasoning: It can also be used to season vegetables cooked with rice or as a flavor base for "Hashu" (rice garnish).
Saudi Herb Tip: Add the spices at the beginning of cooking with hot oil to ensure the scent of herbs and dried lemon rises more strongly.
