1. Make sure your hands are clean and dry.

2. Put on the hand mask gloves.

3. Peel off the adhesive strip and wrap the tab around the wrist to close each glove securely.

4. Wear for 15–20 minutes.

5. Remove the gloves and gently massage the remaining essence into your hands and arms. Rinsing is not necessary.
